Returns Policy
We are so positive that the Teeter Hang Ups® Inversion Table will change your life that if you are unsatisfied with the equipment, we will give you a full product refund up to 30 days after your purchase. Simply call our customer service at 877-244-6162 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs (refused shipments will be billed at the cost of the return). We are happy to provide guidance on the easiest and most cost-efficient method of shipping. Once the item is returned successfully to our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original credit card, less any applicable s/h.
The table must be returned in good condition in the same box in which it was received. Be sure to note your RA# on the outside of the box. Once the table has arrived at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the credit card (minus the cost of shipping) on which the initial purchase was made.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply contact our Client Care team toll-free to arrange for an exchange or return of the product. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
