By consenting to and agreeing to the terms of this document, you expressly agree to allow Teeter to process your information in the manner outlined in this Policy. This policy applies only to information collected by this website.

As our business expands, it may be necessary to amend this document from time to time. The date of the most current revision will always be printed at the top of this document. All transactions are governed by the most recent Policy at the time of sale.

2. Information We Collect

At the time of purchase, Teeter will ask you for necessary information regarding the transaction, such as your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number, as well as some demographic information so that we can offer better service to you and to future customers. Billing information is collected and processed by a secure third-party service (POS) and is subject to its Terms of Use. Your contact information may be used to confirm details of your order, clarify issues you may have as a customer, or occasionally to contact you after your order with product update information, information related to your purchase, or with other company communication. This applies to all purchases made using the Teeter website. After your purchase, if you do not wish to receive further e-mails from Teeter, please contact us using the details below.

6. Security

We take precautions, including use of sophisticated encryption tools, to protect the security of your personal information that you share with us. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our web sites, and you do so at your own risk.
