  • Set it to your height; this puts half your body weight on one side of the pivot point and half and the other, so that moving your arms over your head rotates the table into inversion and putting your arms to your side rotates you back upright
  • Set the tether strap; the table has a security strap that allows you to pre-select the maximum angle of inversion before getting on the table.
  • Select a hole in the three-hole hinge; the setting selected will control the responsiveness of the table so that you can rotate slowly or more quickly.
